"Get to know the reality of your customer." This workshop intends to put ourselves in the customer's shoes as much as possible. In this session, the purpose will be to consolidate and process all information in a structured way. Experts will share their understanding of the customers with the rest of the group. Summaries of the market research are presented in a bundle. Trends, initiatives of competitors and expected evolutions in the market are listed. Client-facing colleagues too share their insights with the group. The group will make structured notes about the critical customer insights (without evaluating them on their importance to the company). This information will be pinned to the needs, expectations, and aspirations along the journey during the subsequent exercises. Pain points, existing solutions and initiatives are added to the mapping. This exercise's outcome? A discussed, structured reference of all available customer information will enable us to identify lacking information and recognise potential solutions.
