The void of trust in Medical information

The State of Mind, a recently published report by Business Intelligence Experts Cassandra, indicated that almost half of the Millenials do not trust the Medical Information shared by governments. This confirms earlier data reported in the Edelman Trust Barometer, that people don't trust governments to rightfully impact societal issues. People rather trust in brands instead.

Certainly in times of a pandemic, this fact is rather worrisome. But the void will remain, even when all of this might be over. This is a hyper important insight for you. In a world where people - and none the least millenials - want to impact their health, it is important to reflect upon your own role in fulfilling a basic human need for medical or healthcare information. This is important challenge for governments. But at the same time, it is a huge opportunity for companies and brands. These are big shoes to fill.
