Did you help?

A crisis is a perfect time for a company to show it’s trustworthiness, to really show what it is made of and to gain your customers’ trust.

It is also what people expect from brands and companies: to be helped in their lives, for matters that are bigger than the product a company sells.

"Did they help" just really wants to achieve that. A website where every company and brand - that actually did anything during the COVID-19 crisis - receives a score on how much they helped.

As a company or a brand it is now super important to be REAL, to show some REALness. Find ways to be Reliable and Ethical, if that wasn’t already the case. But also dare to be vulnerable (Attackable), and communicate about how you go about this vulnerability. Finally, be loveable. Don’t expect your customers to love you, but love them first. Show that your care.

Customers want true relationship with brands, similar as to with their friends. So be REAL with them.
